Mindrift is looking for a Freelance Finance Expert AI Trainer to collaborate on projects that enhance Generative AI models' specialized question answering and complex reasoning skills within Finance. You will apply your deep domain knowledge to shape how AI understands and communicates financial concepts.
What You'll Do
- Generate prompts that challenge AI models and test their financial reasoning.
- Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the accuracy and quality of AI-generated answers.
- Correct the model's responses based on your domain-specific knowledge and professional experience in Finance.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD Degree in Finance and/or in a relevant area.
- At least 2 years of professional experience focused in one or more of: Financial Forecasting, Risk Management, International Finance, Financial Engineering, Economics, Corporate Finance, Investment Management, Mathematical Finance, Public Finance, Behavioral Finance, Financial Markets and Institutions, Finance Technology, or Algorithmic Trading.
- An advanced (C1) or above level of English proficiency.
- Readiness to learn new methods, ability to switch between tasks and topics quickly, and the capacity to work with challenging, complex guidelines.
- Access to a laptop, a reliable internet connection, and available time to commit to the project.
