Responsibilities
- Inspect and verify the installation of electrical systems, control panels, grounding systems, lighting, cable trays, and junction boxes.
- Inspect and test instrumentation loops, calibrate transmitters, switches, valves, and control systems.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and international codes such as IEC, NEC, API, and ISA.
- Witness pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, including loop checks, insulation resistance tests, continuity tests, and functional testing.
- Review and verify documentation, including Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, Calibration Certificates, Red-line drawings, and As-Built documentation.
- Raise and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with construction teams, client representatives, and third-party inspectors to resolve quality issues.
- Prepare and submit inspection reports and maintain records of quality assurance documentation.
- Ensure all work is conducted safely and in compliance with site HSE requirements.

- Field/site-based role; may require work in hazardous, outdoor, or remote environments.
- May involve rotational shifts, night shifts, or extended hours during commissioning/start-up phases.
- PPE usage and strict adherence to safety standards required.
