FS Energieberater GmbH is hiring a Freelance Consultant en Formation Pennylane to deliver hands-on training for customers adopting the Pennylane software platform. You will be a key part of the remote Partner Success - PS Front - Customer Training team, directly impacting user proficiency and success.
What You'll Do
- Deliver remote training sessions for Pennylane software to new and existing customers.
- Develop and adapt training materials to meet diverse customer needs and learning styles.
- Work closely with the Partner Success team to ensure a seamless customer onboarding and education journey.
- Provide feedback on common user challenges to help improve the product and support processes.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a customer-facing training or consulting role, preferably for software products.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
- Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing a freelance schedule and client commitments.
- Fluent in French with a professional command of English.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. The successful candidate will support customers primarily located in and around Limoges, Poitiers, La Rochelle, Royan, Angoulême, Guéret, Brives La Gaillarde, Périgueux, and Montluçon.
