Mindrift is looking for a Freelance Chemistry Expert with Python to collaborate on projects shaping the capabilities of Generative AI. You will use your deep domain expertise to improve how AI models handle specialized questions and complex reasoning in chemistry, unlocking their potential for real-world applications.

What You'll Do

Generate challenging, diverse prompts to test and train AI models.
Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the accuracy of AI-generated answers.
Correct and refine the model's responses based on your chemistry knowledge.
Create training prompts and provide feedback to help shape future AI development.

What We're Looking For

A Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Chemistry or a closely related field.
At least 3 years of professional experience focused on Analytical, General, Inorganic, Organic, or Physical Chemistry.
An Advanced (C1) or above level of English proficiency.
Proficiency in Python, with experience using libraries like NumPy, SciPy, and Pandas.
A strong ability to design creative, computationally intensive problems beyond simple parameter changes.
Readiness to learn new methods, switch between tasks quickly, and work with complex guidelines.
Access to a laptop, a reliable internet connection, and available time to commit.
