Mindrift is looking for a Freelance Chemistry Expert - AI Trainer to collaborate on projects that improve Generative AI models. You will leverage your deep chemistry knowledge to enhance the models' specialized question answering and complex reasoning skills.
What You'll Do
- Generate prompts that challenge AI models with complex chemistry problems.
- Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the accuracy of AI-generated answers.
- Correct the model’s responses based on your domain-specific expertise.
What We're Looking For
- A Master’s Degree or PhD in Chemistry with 3 years of professional experience.
- Or, a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry with 6+ years of professional experience.
- An Advanced (C1) or above level of English proficiency.
- Readiness to learn new methods and switch between tasks and topics quickly.
- Ability to work with challenging, complex guidelines when required.
- Access to a laptop and a reliable internet connection, plus the time and enthusiasm for this challenge.
