We are seeking a Freelance B2B Thought Leadership Copywriter to join inBeat Agency, a strategy-led creative team. The ideal candidate will transform complex research reports into clear, engaging LinkedIn content that resonates with professional audiences while maintaining accuracy and brand voice.
What You'll Do
- Interpret research reports and translate them into clear, concise, and engaging LinkedIn content
- Ensure all messaging is 100% accurate and aligned with source material
- Distill complex ideas into digestible, insight-led short-form copy
- Maintain consistency with established tone of voice, content pillars, and brand guidelines
- Write copy across multiple formats, including static posts and infographics (data-led, concise messaging)
- Write carousel posts with strong narrative flow and storytelling elements
- Create motion content adaptations derived from static assets
- Develop content with narrative depth and conceptual clarity
- Elevate content beyond templated formats into something more distinct and engaging
- Balance credibility, clarity, and creativity in all deliverables
- Work closely with a Creative Strategist to execute against established content strategy
- Apply strategic thinking to execution, with opportunities to contribute ideas
- Occasionally support direct client requests (rare, depending on timezone alignment)
- Deliver work within timelines while managing multiple content pieces simultaneously
What We're Looking For
- 2–4+ years of experience in B2B copywriting, editorial, or thought leadership content
- Strong ability to translate research-heavy or complex material into clear, engaging messaging
- Excellent command of tone, structure, and narrative flow
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Experience writing for LinkedIn or professional audiences
- Ability to produce high-quality short-form content at scale
- Familiarity with LLMs (AI tools) as a workflow and QA support tool
