Mindrift is looking for a Freelance Automotive Engineering - Quality Assurance (AI Trainer) to help train and improve Generative AI models, ensuring they can address specialized questions and achieve complex reasoning skills in your field. This role puts you at the forefront of shaping how future AI models understand and communicate automotive engineering concepts.
What You'll Do
- Create and refine content to ensure accuracy and relevance across various topics in Physics, while also developing references and task examples.
- Assess the qualification tests of experts to ensure their competency for the project.
- Provide support by addressing project-related questions from other experts in Discord chats, particularly those related to project guidelines.
- Review and evaluate tasks completed by other experts, ensuring alignment with guidelines. Provide constructive feedback, verify expertise-related information, and edit content to improve quality.
What We're Looking For
- A Master’s or PhD degree in Automotive Engineering.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the field.
- An Advanced (C1) or above level of English proficiency.
- Experience with Generative AI, prompt engineering, or reviewing AI-generated content.
- Experience in teaching, educating, lecturing, or training others within your domain.
- A readiness to learn new methods, switch between tasks and topics quickly, and work with challenging, complex guidelines.
- A laptop, reliable internet connection, available time, and enthusiasm for a fully remote, freelance challenge.
