Valmont Partners, a German M&A boutique, is seeking a Freelance Analyst (m/w) to join our M&A Advisory team. You will focus on supporting complex corporate transactions for the German Mittelstand, providing essential research and analysis.
What You'll Do
- Support the execution of complex corporate transactions.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of companies and markets.
- Perform company analysis, key figure analysis, balance sheet analyses, and market analyses.
What We're Looking For
- High professional competence and relevant experience in Banking & Finance.
- Ability to quickly understand companies and markets.
- Confident handling of KPIs and common industry software.
- Above-average intelligence.
Nice to Have
- CFA certification is advantageous.
