Mindrift is seeking a Freelance AI Agent Assistant to contribute to the development of advanced AI systems. You will collaborate directly with large language models (LLMs), applying human judgment, creativity, and research skills to ensure outputs are accurate, nuanced, and of the highest quality.
What You'll Do
- Deliver well-reasoned, accurate, and clearly written outputs backed by credible sources.
- Conduct thorough web research to verify information and collect supporting evidence.
- Collaborate with large language models (LLMs) and internal tools, using them as copilots to complete complex tasks.
- Design and refine prompts to guide AI toward higher-quality results.
- Apply best practices for working with LLMs, understanding both their strengths and limitations.
- Adapt quickly between diverse annotation, research, and analysis tasks while following detailed guidelines.
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in or completed a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in any field.
- Professional and/or educational experience in data annotation.
- Deeper-than-user-level interest in AI, intellectual breadth, and curiosity.
- Skilled in web searching, fact-checking, and intent-checking.
- Able to work effectively with LLMs and new internal tools.
- Great attention to detail and an upper-intermediate (B2) or above level of English.
- Ready to learn new methods and switch between tasks and topics quickly.
- Able to work with complex or challenging guidelines.
- Have a reliable laptop, internet connection, and time available.
