City Wide Facility Solutions is hiring a Franchise Business Coach to be the primary operational resource for our franchise owners. You will provide comprehensive support to help them achieve their business and personal objectives, coaching on business planning, financial management, sales, and human resources. This role involves significant travel to support franchisees across a designated territory.
What You'll Do
- Support 10-15 franchisees by leading, coaching, and training them in all business aspects.
- Foster positive, proactive, and professional relationships with franchise owners and their teams.
- Maintain a productive schedule of in-person visits and phone calls.
- Support franchisee revenue growth and profitability, targeting an increase of $1M in sales per year.
- Assist and influence franchise owners to follow City Wide’s brand and operational standards.
- Work with owners to develop their workforce and maintain appropriate staffing through growth cycles.
- Consult with owners to understand financial statements and develop yearly budgets aligned with business goals.
- Facilitate franchise performance groups, new franchisee training, and other group presentations.
- Travel up to 60% of the time, including overnight stays, to assigned locations.
What We're Looking For
- Must reside in one of these states: AZ, CO, IA, KS, MO, TX, OK, UT.
- At least 5 years in a senior operations role, such as leading sales/operations, or as a franchise business consultant.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management within a designated territory.
- Demonstrated success collaborating with senior leaders or business owners to drive revenue growth.
- In-depth understanding of business financials, including P&L management, market dynamics, and industry trends.
- Exhibit integrity, honesty, and uphold City Wide’s mission and culture.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, including formal presentation skills.
- Ability to lead, influence, and build effective relationships based on trust.
- Capability to grasp technological initiatives and effectively share knowledge.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and CRM-type databases.
