About the Role
This role is responsible for leading recruitment efforts for go-to-market positions, including sales, account management, and customer success roles. The recruiter will operate as an extension of the team, sourcing candidates, managing pipelines, and improving hiring speed and quality.
Responsibilities

- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments
- Coordinate interviews and provide scheduling support
- Communicate regularly with hiring managers on candidate progress
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Use data to track and improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire metrics
- Advise on market compensation trends for sales roles
- Represent the organization professionally during outreach
- Develop talent communities for future hiring needs
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment workflows
- Collaborate with marketing to refine employer branding for sales roles
- Stay current on go-to-market hiring trends and best practices
- Manage multiple roles simultaneously with minimal oversight
- Provide feedback to candidates in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with equal employment opportunity standards
- Support onboarding preparation for new hires
- Evaluate recruitment channels for effectiveness
