Leadtech is hiring an FP&A Senior Manager to join our Finance team and be a catalyst for the company's next phase of growth. This key role serves as a strategic partner to leadership, providing deep financial insights and helping steer decisions across the business. You will have the unique opportunity to shape and build out the FP&A function from the ground up.

What You'll Do

Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, providing in-depth analysis of financial performance and key business drivers.
Act as a key business partner to senior leadership, providing financial insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives, new business opportunities, and investment decisions.
Develop and maintain complex financial models to support long-range planning, scenario analysis, and M&A activities.
Prepare and present comprehensive financial reporting packages for the executive team and board of directors, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
Drive the continuous improvement of FP&A processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Conduct analysis of market trends and competitor performance to inform strategic planning.

What We're Looking For

Approximately 5 years of experience in a financial planning and analysis (FP&A) role.
Proven experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, particularly Qlik and SAP.
A proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have

A background in investment banking, corporate development, or a similar role at a technology company.
Based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona.
