Aquaticode is hiring a Sales and Executive Assistant

Seed-X is looking for a Sales and Executive Assistant to join Nacre Capital, a global venture builder. You will focus on conducting sales activities and handling administrative tasks within a dynamic, rapidly growing company, supporting various portfolio companies.

What You'll Do

• Conduct sales tasks across portfolio companies in industries such as digital health, medical devices, agritech, and aquaculture.
• Work independently with minimal direction on sales and executive assistance tasks.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of serial entrepreneurs, seasoned executives, and expert investors to refine business strategies.
• Prioritize tasks effectively and meet changing deadlines to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Contribute to the enhancement of the CRM and database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Serve as a point of contact between executives and external clients.

What We're Looking For

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in the US ET timezone.
• Proven experience conducting sales activities and generating impactful insights in the startup ecosystem.
• Strong business acumen and a creative mindset.
• Excellent organizational, writing, and reporting skills.
• Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Docs, Adobe, PowerPoint, and G Suite.
• Ability to work effectively on an international team across different time zones and cultures.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently while functioning as a team player.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
• Proactive and a self-starter.

Nice to Have

• Experience working during the US ET timezone.

Technical Stack

• Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Docs, Adobe, PowerPoint, and G Suite.
