Boomerang Healthcare is looking for an FP&A Analyst / Senior Analyst to own financial planning, analysis, and strategic modeling across our network of 20+ clinical sites. You will serve as the primary finance business partner for clinic operations, translating site-level activity into insights that drive performance and inform strategic decisions.
What You'll Do
- Own the annual budgeting process for each clinical site, partnering with site leaders and the operations team to build revenue and expense forecasts.
- Maintain rolling forecasts, incorporating changes in volume, staffing, and market conditions.
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting to identify operational risks and opportunities.
- Develop strategic models to support business decisions across the clinical network.
Work Mode
This is a remote position open to candidates located in Arizona, California, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, or Washington.
