Jobluck GmbH is seeking a Founders Associate | Operations & Growth to work directly with the CEO on strategic initiatives. In this role, you will gain deep insights into finance, sales, and marketing, focusing on strategic planning and implementing scalable processes for our growing team.

What You'll Do

Conduct strategic customer conversations at C-level and develop suitable solutions with decision-makers.
Design and implement scalable processes in the finance area.
Create professional presentations for investors and customers.
Track team deadlines, coordinate tasks, and ensure smooth operations.
Support the development and implementation of marketing measures.

What We're Looking For

A very structured way of working and a hands-on mentality.
Confident presence in front of customers and investors.
Very good analytical skills.
Experience from a startup, management consulting, private equity, or banking.

Team & Environment
