DivTax is looking for a Founders Associate Intern - Product & Finance to play a key role in the foundational stages of our FinTech venture. You will work directly with the founders, contributing to strategic projects that span product development and financial operations.
What You'll Do
- Support founders on strategic product and finance initiatives
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for the FinTech sector
- Assist in financial modeling, forecasting, and operational data analysis
- Help define product requirements and user stories
- Prepare internal and external presentations and reports
- Take ownership of ad-hoc projects critical to company growth
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong interest in FinTech and startup environments
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficiency with spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets)
- High degree of initiative, ownership, and ability to work independently
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in German and English (m/w/d)
Nice to Have
- Prior internship experience in a startup, VC, consulting, or finance role
- Basic understanding of tax, accounting, or financial software principles
- Experience with data visualization tools or basic SQL
