The Flex Ventures is looking for a Founders' Associate to play a key role in supporting our growth and day-to-day operations. In this versatile position, you will work directly with founders and executives on strategic execution across multiple functions, requiring adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with the CEO, CFO, and COO on strategic initiatives that require execution but lack immediate ownership.
- Assist the CEO in sourcing, screening, and onboarding new hires to support company growth.
- Step into operational roles temporarily when there are gaps or urgent needs.
- Contribute to the company’s expansion by conducting market research, identifying potential new city launches, and supporting the setup of new locations.
- Help design and improve internal processes, workflows, and operational efficiencies to scale the business.
- Act as a bridge between departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of key projects.
What We're Looking For
