Forum Ventures is hiring a Founder, NPMS Compliance Automation to build and lead a new venture. You will be the Founder/CEO responsible for creating an AI-powered platform that solves the National Pipeline Mapping System (NPMS) reporting burden for pipeline operators. This platform will automate NPMS submissions end-to-end and expand into adjacent oil & gas regulatory workflows.
What You'll Do
- Build an agentic platform that automates NPMS submissions end-to-end: validating geospatial data, packaging metadata, generating OSAVE-ready files, and providing always-on compliance management.
- Execute a winning GTM strategy to get to $50–100K ARR.
- Build the right MVP to ensure early traction.
- Attract, hire, and lead world-class teams.
- Navigate complex technical and operational challenges.
- Build partnerships across technical and non-technical teams.
What We're Looking For
- Early-stage operator experience.
- Expertise in one or more of the following areas: GIS data management, oil & gas compliance, regulatory tech, or enterprise SaaS.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
