MLabs is hiring a Foundation Director, a high-agency leader responsible for supporting, promoting, and scaling the ecosystem of a pioneering yield-bearing synthetic dollar protocol. This role drives strategic business development across Web3 and AI infrastructure landscapes while overseeing critical service providers.
What You'll Do
- Identify, cultivate, and close high-impact partnerships with DeFi protocols, wallets, exchanges, stablecoin platforms, and AI infrastructure stakeholders.
- Manage a network of vendors to ensure excellence in token reserve management, liquidity operations, market making, and exchange relationships.
- Oversee the Foundation’s cash management, burn mechanics, and emergency procedures, maintaining a best-in-class risk posture.
- Serve as the face of the Foundation at global conferences and within key communities.
- Support DAO governance processes with high integrity, ensuring proposals are technically implementable and outcomes are communicated transparently.
- Lead high-level events and initiatives that connect stakeholders to foster knowledge sharing and ecosystem growth.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years in business development, partnerships, strategy, or operations within Crypto/DeFi, FinTech, or Capital Markets.
- A proven track record of closing and managing partnerships with major protocols, exchanges, custodians, or Web3 infrastructure providers.
- Deep working knowledge of stablecoin mechanics, on-chain liquidity, market structure, and core DeFi primitives.
- Experience managing external service providers like Market Makers and Custodians with measurable outcomes and strict SLAs.
- Exceptional written and verbal skills, with the ability to engage credibly with technical, legal, and institutional stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Direct experience within a Foundation or DAO ecosystem.
- Familiarity with AI infrastructure, GPU compute markets, or NeoCloud financing.
