About the Role
The ideal candidate will drive automation across the employee lifecycle, strengthen compensation planning systems, and create a unified analytics layer for people leaders while ensuring compliance, scalability, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Automate onboarding, role changes, offboarding, transfers, and leave management processes.
- Replace manual workflows reliant on email and spreadsheets with automated task orchestration featuring service level agreements, escalation protocols, and auditable logs.
- Strengthen infrastructure for compensation planning through access controls, version tracking, approval pipelines, and AI-supported benchmarking within SecureSheets.
- Develop a governed data model integrating ADP Workforce Now, Greenhouse, and Lattice to enable comprehensive workforce analytics.
- Create data pipelines linking performance reviews and goal tracking in Lattice to strategic workforce decisions.
- Spend the initial 60 days embedded with all People teams to understand workflows, identify pain points, and build a prioritized automation roadmap.
- Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting systems for all automated processes.
- Contribute reusable automation components to the central Automation Hub.
- Document production-grade automations to ensure smooth handoffs and maintainability.
- Ensure legal compliance and sign-off for any automation handling sensitive data, adhering to HIPAA and personally identifiable information (PII) regulations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
