Responsibilities
- Engage with customers from initial onboarding through continuous usage, assisting them in integrating and optimizing AI solutions.
- Develop new features, minimum viable products, and scalable solutions that enhance customer outcomes.
- Use React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python to create robust applications and tools.
- Design, implement, and refine AI/ML solutions, including LLM prompting, voice tuning, and transcribers to optimize use cases.
- Oversee APIs and integrations with third-party systems to ensure seamless functionality for customers.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Continuously improve AI solutions based on customer feedback and evolving requirements.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality results.
