JetBridge is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to focus on delivering technical solutions directly to clients. You will be instrumental in implementing and deploying systems that directly address customer needs.
What You'll Do
- Work directly with clients to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot software applications in client environments
- Build and maintain integrations between client systems and JetBridge platforms
- Act as the primary technical point of contact during the delivery phase of client engagements
- Document processes and solutions for internal teams and end-users
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a client-facing engineering, solutions consulting, or deployment role
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues under pressure
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client priorities simultaneously
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a major asset
Work Mode
This is a fully remote, global position for candidates based in Latin America. You will collaborate with a distributed team across multiple time zones.
