Responsibilities
- Support the Culinary Services Team in food preparation tasks such as cooking, heating, mixing, and slicing to ensure meals are ready for participants and staff.
- Help prepare and set up meals, following quality and quantity guidelines.
- Perform kitchen cleanup duties and store food according to proper handling procedures.
- Assist with inventory counts in storerooms and storage areas when requested, ensuring all items are accounted for and sufficient supplies are available for the next day.
- Carry out other tasks as directed by the supervisor or administration.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability in basic math skills
Nice to Have
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food service experience
