Join the FOLX team as a per diem Clinician MD/DO, providing essential clinical care to LGBTQIA+ members via telehealth. You will deliver a range of services including gender affirming hormone therapy, sexual and reproductive health, primary care, and mental health support through both live visits and asynchronous tasks.

What You'll Do

Provide evidence-based clinical care to members through a telehealth platform.
Deliver synchronous clinical visits via audio/visual format.
Perform asynchronous clinical tasks such as lab reviewing and resulting and answering members' clinical questions.
Participate in regular clinical team discussions of case studies and attend clinical training sessions.

What We're Looking For

MD/DO degree.
Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program.
Multiple active state MD or DO licenses (IMLCC license preferred).
Active DEA license.
Active Controlled Substance Registration/Licensure if required in state(s) of practice.
Clinical experience serving the LGBTQAI+ community.
Organizational and time management skills for timely completion of charts and member care in a remote environment.
Self-motivation, independence, and willingness to work in a rapidly changing environment.
Ability to learn new apps, programs, and proficiency with virtual meeting platforms.

Nice to Have
