Join the FOLX team as a per diem Clinician MD/DO, providing essential clinical care to LGBTQIA+ members via telehealth. You will deliver a range of services including gender affirming hormone therapy, sexual and reproductive health, primary care, and mental health support through both live visits and asynchronous tasks.
What You'll Do
- Provide evidence-based clinical care to members through a telehealth platform.
- Deliver synchronous clinical visits via audio/visual format.
- Perform asynchronous clinical tasks such as lab reviewing and resulting and answering members' clinical questions.
- Participate in regular clinical team discussions of case studies and attend clinical training sessions.
What We're Looking For
- MD/DO degree.
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program.
- Multiple active state MD or DO licenses (IMLCC license preferred).
- Active DEA license.
- Active Controlled Substance Registration/Licensure if required in state(s) of practice.
- Clinical experience serving the LGBTQAI+ community.
- Organizational and time management skills for timely completion of charts and member care in a remote environment.
- Self-motivation, independence, and willingness to work in a rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to learn new apps, programs, and proficiency with virtual meeting platforms.
