Greenburg Traurig is hiring a FOIA Disclosure Product Manager

Greenburg Traurig is looking for a FOIA Disclosure Product Manager to take ownership of the strategy, development, and evolution of the firm's internal Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) disclosure platform. You will be responsible for the full product lifecycle, ensuring it meets the rigorous compliance and operational needs of our legal practice.

What You'll Do

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the FOIA disclosure platform.
• Translate complex legal and compliance requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with legal teams, engineers, and stakeholders to prioritize and deliver features.
• Analyze platform usage and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Ensure the platform remains compliant with evolving FOIA regulations and firm policies.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept through launch and iteration.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role managing a software platform.
• Demonstrable understanding of FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) processes, legal compliance, or related government disclosure frameworks.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical and legal concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience gathering requirements from non-technical stakeholders and translating them into actionable development plans.
• Expertise in agile methodologies and product management tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.

Nice to Have

• Direct experience working within a legal, government, or highly regulated industry.
• Background in managing products related to document management, e-discovery, or compliance systems.
• Familiarity with the specific challenges and workflows of large law firms.

Work Mode

This position follows a hybrid work model. You will be expected to work from our offices in Baltimore, MD or Rockville, MD for a portion of the week, with flexibility for remote work.
