The Opportunity: This role is far beyond traditional customer support. As our Payment Experience Associate, you'll be the critical first point of contact, equipped with comprehensive knowledge of our core business capabilities. You'll guide customers through intricate payment processes, troubleshoot complex inquiries, and serve as a problem-solving expert.
