SupportYourApp is looking for a fluent Ukrainian Growth Marketing Manager based in Portugal to accelerate growth for our AI support platform. You will focus on launching experiments and improving conversion rates through data analysis, paid acquisition, and cross-functional collaboration.
What You'll Do
- Launch growth experiments, including A/B tests, onboarding flow changes, and copy optimizations.
- Improve trial-to-paid conversion through UX enhancements, CTAs, and in-app nudges.
- Identify leaks in the funnel using PostHog, GA4, Clarity, and product data.
- Own high-intent pages such as Pricing, Signup, and landing pages.
- Run and analyze paid acquisition tests on Meta and Google Search, focusing on CPL and ROI.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and marketing teams to execute quickly.
- Share weekly, data-focused growth reports.
- Be proactive, challenge assumptions, and drive the experiment pipeline.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of growth or marketing experience in Product-Led Growth, SaaS, or startup environments.
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher.
- Hands-on proficiency with growth tools like PostHog, GA4, HubSpot, Make.com, or similar.
- Practical experience running experiments on UX, pricing, copy, CTAs, onboarding, or funnel optimization.
- Action-oriented, experimentation-driven mindset—preferring to ship, test, and iterate.
- Strong communication skills, including writing clear UX copy and presenting insights.
- Comfort making basic HTML/CSS adjustments and using low-code tools.
- Experience building email flows with tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
- Proficiency in launching and optimizing ad campaigns (Google Search, LinkedIn, or Meta).
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI tools, chatbots, or CX platforms is a strong plus.
