SupportYourApp is looking for a Fluent Ukrainian and English Strong Junior IT Project Manager to organize big ideas and keep projects moving forward. You will guide projects from kickoff to delivery, keeping both clients and internal teams in sync.
What You'll Do
- Manage the project team and ensure effective collaboration.
- Monitor and control ongoing tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Prepare and maintain project financial reports, including budget tracking and cost control.
- Facilitate clear communication between the team, stakeholders, and clients.
- Identify risks and resolve issues to keep the projects on track.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in IT project management, ideally in outsourcing.
- B2+ level of English, both written and spoken.
- Deep understanding of software development processes.
- Familiarity with PM methodologies like Agile, Scrum, Kanban.
- Experience with project management tools like Jira, ClickUp, Asana.
- Experience with project financial reporting, budget tracking, and cost control.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
