SupportYourApp is establishing a talent bench for future openings as a Customer Support Consultant. You will join a remote, multicultural community to deliver exceptional support for top-tier technology clients, leveraging your fluent German skills.
What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer support via calls, chats, and emails.
- Build strong and lasting customer relationships.
- Keep up with evolving tools and technology.
- Handle sensitive customer data with care and security.

- Maintain a deep understanding of client solutions and meet KPI targets.
- Communicate with developers and cross-functional specialists.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent German and English communication skills at the C1 level or higher.
- 6+ months of experience in a customer support role.
- CRM systems expertise.
- Strong analytical thinking and research skills.
- A positive, proactive, and responsible attitude.
- A personal computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download/40 Mbps upload).
