LocalStack is seeking a Global People Operations Manager to establish and optimize our people infrastructure as we scale. This is a foundational role at our fast-growing Series A startup, where you will be instrumental in shaping the employee experience globally.
What You'll Do
- Design, implement, and manage scalable global people operations processes and systems
- Partner with leadership to align people strategy with business objectives
- Oversee core HR functions including onboarding, data management, compliance, and benefits administration
- Analyze people data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee inquiries and policy guidance
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of progressive experience in people operations or HR, ideally in a high-growth tech startup
- Proven track record of building and scaling people processes in a global context
- Deep knowledge of HR compliance, employment law, and best practices across multiple regions
- Experience selecting, implementing, and optimizing HRIS platforms
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication and project management skills
