About the Role
The specialist will ensure clients achieve their goals using digital trade solutions by providing guidance, troubleshooting issues, and facilitating onboarding and training processes.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for clients using digital trade platforms
- Guide users through onboarding and implementation phases
- Resolve technical and operational issues promptly
- Monitor client usage to identify areas for improvement
- Deliver training sessions to new and existing clients
- Gather feedback to inform product development
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate issues
- Support the adoption of electronic Bills of Lading (eBL)
- Assist clients in navigating commodities trading workflows
- Track customer success metrics and satisfaction levels
- Identify upsell opportunities through client engagement
- Ensure clients fully utilize platform features
- Coordinate with sales and product teams for client needs
- Provide input on user experience improvements
- Respond to inquiries within defined service level agreements
- Stay updated on developments in digital trade technology
- Support documentation updates for client-facing materials
- Participate in client review meetings
- Promote best practices in platform usage
- Monitor account health and renewal timelines
- Facilitate integration support with client systems
- Advocate for customer needs internally
- Contribute to knowledge base content
- Assist with client onboarding automation
