About the Role
We are seeking a strategic marketer to design, execute, and optimize performance-driven campaigns across digital channels. The ideal candidate will combine analytical rigor with creative problem-solving to drive measurable growth and improve customer lifecycle value.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage paid acquisition strategies across digital platforms
- Design and launch A/B tests to improve conversion rates
- Analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools
- Optimize user funnels from first touch to conversion
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing ad content
- Manage media budgets and allocate spend based on ROI
- Track and report on key performance metrics including CAC and LTV
- Identify new growth opportunities through market and user research
- Implement tracking systems for accurate attribution
- Work closely with product teams to align growth initiatives
- Scale successful campaigns across new channels and regions
- Use CRM tools to support retention and re-engagement efforts
- Monitor competitive landscape and adjust strategy accordingly
- Ensure compliance with advertising platform policies
- Lead vendor relationships for ad tech and analytics partners
- Develop audience segmentation models for targeted campaigns
- Refine messaging based on user feedback and performance data
- Drive experimentation roadmap for growth team
- Maintain documentation of campaign learnings and best practices
- Present insights and recommendations to leadership team
