Responsibilities
- Support the TA team on various talent acquisition tasks and be at the heart of the next step in our journey
- Screen CV and help to select the applications according to the requirements provided for the role
- Put the Headhunter hat on and source the best talents
- Organize and conduct online interviews
- Update the HR database and help build the talent pool
- Participate in interviews and other HR meetings
- Ensure candidate experience by providing them feedback and being the first point of contact
- To use creativity to help develop a social media strategy
- And other tasks
Requirements
- Student (of the last year) or graduate from HR, business administration, psychology or a similar field
- Keen to details
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where improvements are continuously being made and things changing quickly
- Strong interpersonal, time management, and English language skills
Nice to Have
- Previous internship or work experience in HR or a similar field is a plus
