MAVI – a leading retailer of electronics, appliances, kitchenware, furniture, bicycles, toys, and automotive products in Mexico – is hiring a Floor Sales Associate. You will be responsible for providing excellent service and friendly attention to customers, with the goal of achieving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and effective sales according to company norms and procedures.
What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality customer service.
- Sell white goods, electronics, and furniture.
- Close sales and/or open credit applications.
- Maintain knowledge of company policies.
- Participate in inventory taking.
- Safeguard merchandise against damage.
What We're Looking For
- A High school or Baccalaureate degree.
- 1 year of experience in a similar sales position.
- Honesty and integrity.
- Knowledge of technology products.
Technical Stack
- Computer equipment handling.
- Excel handling.

Benefits & Compensation
- Fixed Salary: $10,215.19
- Variable Compensation: $12,000.00
