Brinks is looking for a First-Level Maintenance (FLM) technician to ensure the reliable operation of our ATMs and related systems. In this role, you will perform critical first-level support, maintenance, and incident management, upholding our high standards for security and operational procedures.
What You'll Do
- Perform first-level troubleshooting for ATM hardware and peripherals (card reader, cash dispenser, printer, monitor, keypad).
- Handle minor repairs, part replacement, and consumables replenishment (receipt paper, journal, etc.).
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance according to schedule.
- Respond to ATM incidents and service calls within defined SLA.
- Perform fault diagnosis and execute recovery actions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to Second Level Maintenance (SLM) or Vendor Support.
- Perform basic cash handling activities as authorized (e.g., cassette replacement, cash jam handling).
- Ensure compliance with security procedures, dual control, and access protocols.
- Record all maintenance activities, incidents, and actions taken in the system accurately.
- Prepare service reports and update job status in real time.
- Ensure all activities comply with SOP, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Follow safety procedures while working on-site, including client locations and public areas.

- Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
- Capability to respond promptly to incidents and meet service level agreements.
- Understanding of cash handling processes and safety compliance.
- Ability to work independently at various on-site locations.
