Mainstay Labs Inc. is hiring a Flex Agent - 1099 Independent Contractor (Oklahoma License)

Mainstay Labs Inc. is seeking licensed real estate professionals to join our Flex Agent program. As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you will complete specific tasks on behalf of our customers, controlling your schedule and earning potential. This role is designed for those seeking flexible work, additional income, or a way to remain active in real estate without a full-time commitment.

What You'll Do

• Complete assigned real estate tasks on behalf of Mainstay customers.
• Execute tasks on time with high attention to detail and diligent documentation.
• Handle multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Perform property-related tasks such as Home Check-Ins and Lockbox Installs.

What We're Looking For

• Active real estate license in at least one state.
• Experience in real estate transactions; traditional sales, iBuying, or transaction coordination preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple transactions.
• Strong technical skills: proficiency with Salesforce or a similar CRM, G-Suite, Slack, MacOS, and the ability to work in multiple systems simultaneously.
• Skilled negotiation abilities and a results-driven mindset.
• Reliable transportation for property-related tasks.
• Access to a smartphone and computer for task completion, documentation, and communication.

Team & Environment

You will join our independent contractor program, operating autonomously while completing tasks for our customers.
