What You'll Do
Manage and coordinate updates to customer and employee master data, ensuring accurate and timely processing in support of sales operations. Lead testing efforts for system implementations and changes, working closely with sales teams, internal departments, and external providers. Support organizational updates by refining administrative workflows and contributing to the development of sales policies, ensuring clear documentation and distribution.
Identify opportunities to streamline master data and improve system efficiency. Oversee fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, repairs, and parts replacement, ensuring compliance with traffic regulations and vehicle registration requirements. Manage budgets for fleet-related consumables such as fuel, insurance, and financing. Maintain strong communication with external service providers and ensure smooth coordination across the supplier network.
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, or a bachelor’s in business administration or economics
- Experience in customer service, logistics, or sales support roles
- Working knowledge of SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Strong communication skills and the ability to resolve multiple inquiries efficiently
- Technical understanding of vehicle systems, maintenance, and repair processes
- Familiarity with traffic regulations and vehicle-related administrative procedures
- Proven ability to manage budgets and track operational expenses
- Results-oriented mindset with attention to detail and organizational alignment
