Mercier Consultancy is offering an entry-level position for a Finnish Speaking Recruiter. This role requires no previous recruitment experience and includes comprehensive training and ongoing support. You will leverage your language skills to identify and connect with candidates for various job openings.
What You'll Do
- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and reaching out to potential candidates for diverse positions.
- Communicate effectively with candidates in Finnish through phone, email, and social media.
- Conduct preliminary screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and track recruitment progress in the database.
- Collaborate with experienced recruiters and hiring managers to learn about job requirements and industry needs.
- Participate in training sessions designed to enhance your skills and knowledge in recruitment.
- Stay informed about recruitment best practices and trends in the job market.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- No previous experience in recruitment is required.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the field.
- Good communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates.
- Interest in recruitment processes and a desire to develop a career in this field.
- Comfortable using social media and online platforms for recruitment purposes.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development sessions.
- Available for a 3 months fully paid training in Greece.
