Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a Finnish Speaking Customer Representative to deliver exceptional support to our Finnish-speaking clients. This role offers a fully paid relocation to Greece, where you will work remotely within the country.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional support to Finnish-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries are addressed professionally and promptly.
- Communicate via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Learn and navigate client systems to provide high-quality service efficiently.
- Collaborate with your team to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with clients.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies suited for remote work.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.
- Open to relocating to Greece for this opportunity.
