Radiant Financial was looking for a Financial Services Administrator

Radiant Financial is hiring a Financial Services Administrator to join our collaborative Client Servicing team. You will be responsible for ensuring all administration for life, pensions, and investments business is effectively managed to completion in a timely manner, meeting all service levels. You will have full IFA experience to quickly contribute following initial process training.

What You'll Do

  • Handle client servicing tasks, including creating new client packs, preparing and processing authority letters, and uploading relevant documents.
  • Perform anti-money laundering checks and verify compliance documentation is completed.
  • Use the client database to track new business submissions, monitor their current position, and update the planner accordingly.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent understanding of the financial planning process.
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
  • Proven experience in an IFA Financial Services Administration role.
  • Proficient IT skills with basic spreadsheet and database knowledge.
  • Good planning and effective organisational skills.
  • Honesty, integrity, and a methodological approach to work.
