Radiant Financial is hiring a Financial Services Administrator to join our collaborative Client Servicing team. You will be responsible for ensuring all administration for life, pensions, and investments business is effectively managed to completion in a timely manner, meeting all service levels. You will have full IFA experience to quickly contribute following initial process training.

What You'll Do

Handle client servicing tasks, including creating new client packs, preparing and processing authority letters, and uploading relevant documents.
Perform anti-money laundering checks and verify compliance documentation is completed.
Use the client database to track new business submissions, monitor their current position, and update the planner accordingly.

What We're Looking For

Excellent understanding of the financial planning process.
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
Proven experience in an IFA Financial Services Administration role.
Proficient IT skills with basic spreadsheet and database knowledge.
Good planning and effective organisational skills.
Honesty, integrity, and a methodological approach to work.
