Palmetto is looking for a Financial Operations Specialist to support our customers and internal teams. In this role, you will interact daily with customers, their delegates, and our Customer Experience departments to manage critical financial processes and maintain a high standard of service.
What You'll Do
- Own the customer lease/PPA reassignment process, including service transfers, prepayments, and buyouts.
- Process UCC-1 temporary termination requests and address related customer questions.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to management for resolution.
- Ensure proper documentation in Salesforce and maintain clear communication with the CX department.

- 2-4 years of experience in a role that demonstrates strategic thinking and problem-solving.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
- Good computer skills with G Suite and Microsoft applications.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Good collaboration and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience using Salesforce.
- A BS/BA degree.
- Knowledge of the construction or solar industry.
