Parsons Transportation Group is hiring a Financial ERP Transformation Training Coordinator to lead the development, organization, and management of all financial ERP trainings for staff across 3 continents and 11 time zones. This remote position is critical to the success of our enterprise-wide transformation.
What You'll Do
- Assess current training materials and coordinate updates as needed
- Develop comprehensive training plans and implement them globally
- Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts on training materials and train the trainers
- Communicate all training materials to staff in an efficient and timely manner
- Work closely with IT and Finance teams on proper timing to train in the correct sequencing
- Analyze the effectiveness of the training program and pivot where necessary
What We're Looking For
- A BA degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a similar field
- 8+ years of experience in instructional design, training, or corporate training
- Proven experience with curriculum development
- Experience with Microsoft software suites
- The ability to work independently in preparing planning materials
- Extreme organizational skills and excellent communication abilities
- The capacity to adapt to changing needs and schedules

- Knowledge of the Costpoint system
- Basic financial and business knowledge
