Responsibilities
- Collect relevant KYC documents from customers and perform first-line reviews to ensure compliance.
- Monitor and lead investigations of customer actions and alerts flagged by Transaction Monitoring systems, ensuring thorough analysis and appropriate resolution.
- Conduct manual reviews of customer accounts and transactions using analytical techniques to detect and mitigate potential financial crimes such as money laundering, fraud, and terrorist financing.
- Prepare comprehensive investigation reports documenting findings, analysis, and clear recommendations for further actions or formal escalations.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Sales team and Merchants throughout the end-to-end onboarding process.
- Screen customer profiles and conduct thorough risk evaluations to safeguard the organization.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance investigation processes, TM scenarios, and onboarding procedures in alignment with the Compliance team.
- Actively contribute to and help drive the automation of onboarding procedures to increase operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams on dedicated compliance initiatives.
- Provide specialist compliance expertise, guidance, and support across the organization.
