Hilton is seeking a Financial Assistant to become a trusted member of our finance team. At Hilton, our vision to “fill the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality” drives our work. In this role, you will support training initiatives to develop finance professionals, contribute to a strong control environment, and help implement innovations for the CALA Operations Finance team.
What You'll Do
- Support the finance lead in all training and development activities to build best-in-class finance professionals.
- Assist in developing and mentoring the finance team.
- Maintain a robust control and compliance environment.
- Contribute to the implementation of CALA Operations Finance innovations and projects.
- Analyze large volumes of complex financial information from multiple sources to create reports, forecasts, and projections.
- Develop presentations and present findings effectively to all levels of the company, hotels, and owners.
What We're Looking For
- Ability to analyze large volume of complex financial information from many sources and create reports, forecasts, and projections.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including effectively addressing issues in collaboration with others.

- Initiative to identify, prioritize, and implement all elements required for the team to fulfill responsibilities.
- Detail oriented and organized working style.
- Ability to develop presentations and effectively present to all levels of company, hotels & owners.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (all levels of management and external customers).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Outlook with the ability to quickly learn new programs.
Nice to Have
- University degree in Accounting or Finance.
