Azurreo, a fast-growing international telecommunications service provider, is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Assistant to support our administrative and accounting operations. This key role offers structured onboarding, international exposure, and long-term development opportunities within a dynamic company.
What You'll Do
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and day-to-day correspondence.
- Liaise with banking partners for statements, requests, and reconciliation.
- Prepare and organize accounting documents for closing with external firms.
- Monitor vendor records, contracts, and billing schedules.
- Collect and verify vendor invoices via email, portals, and physical mail.
- Record invoices in accounting tools.
- Manage payments and follow up on due dates and early payment discounts.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations.
- Keep financial documentation organized and up to date.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role (SME, startup, or international environment).
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent writing and spelling in French.
- Proficient in Excel and common office tools.
- Good written English skills (B1+ minimum).
- Independent, adaptable, and a strong team player.
