Zapier is looking for a Financial Analyst or Sr. Financial Analyst to tackle top-of-mind strategic issues related to our pipeline efforts across Self Serve and Sales. What You'll Do

Own and improve pipeline forecasting across Self Serve and Sales.
Work closely with various marketing and sales teams to set budgets, KPIs, and understand ROI by channel.
Work closely with stakeholders across Zapier on annual planning.
Conduct monthly variance analysis and identify key drivers for budget variances with Marketing and Sales.
Consolidate financial information for our quarterly board package.
Drive weekly / monthly / quarterly financial and operational business reviews with leadership team across multiple departments to drive strategic decision making.
Conduct various ad hoc analysis in partnership with the data team to identify and explain trends / anomalies in the business to finance and business leadership.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of FP&A, Investment Banking, or Management Consulting experience (or 4+ years for the senior level).
Experience building bottoms up financial models with forward assumption based projections.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, understand priorities, and thrive in a fast paced environment.
