About the Role
The Financial Analyst will evaluate financial performance, assist in budget preparation, and deliver analytical support to leadership for informed planning and operational decisions.
Responsibilities

- Model financial scenarios to support strategic initiatives.
- Gather and validate data from multiple internal systems.
- Maintain financial databases and ensure data integrity.
- Assist in audits by providing necessary financial documentation.
- Monitor compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Provide analytical support during capital project evaluations.
- Work with department leaders to interpret financial results.
- Contribute to process improvements in financial reporting workflows.
- Stay current with healthcare industry financial trends and regulations.
- Prepare presentations summarizing financial findings for leadership.
- Support ad hoc financial requests from management.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
- Utilize Excel and financial software for analysis and modeling.
- Track key performance indicators for financial health.
- Assist in grant-related financial reporting where applicable.
- Participate in cross-functional teams as needed.
- Maintain organized records of financial analyses and assumptions.
- Support year-end financial closing activities.
