CSG is hiring a Financial Analyst III to manage and support business finance activities for the Telco Product Category. This high-impact role requires strong analytical capability, business partnering skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a multinational environment.
What You'll Do
- Partner with Telco Operational teams, Accounting teams, and the broader international CFO organisation.
- Conduct cost centre forecasting and ongoing financial monitoring.
- Perform project margin reporting and profitability analysis.
- Review product performance and conduct financial analysis.
- Prepare monthly, annual, and ad hoc cost rate calculations and analysis.
- Report revenue and cost in accordance with US GAAP guidelines.
- Forecast resource (headcount) and align with project financials.
- Support month-end close activities, including accruals, prepayments, and variance analysis, in collaboration with AP and GL teams.
- Deliver monthly financial reporting and analysis, including variance analysis, margin reporting, and ad hoc financial investigations.
- Support internal and external audit processes as required.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in Finance and/or Accounting.
- At least 2 years’ experience with budgeting and forecasting systems.
- Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Experience supporting operational teams through financial business partnering.
- Self-starter with strong analytical capability and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of financial planning and control principles.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective cross-functional relationships.
- Working knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with Oracle, TM1, or similar financial systems.
- Positive, proactive attitude towards AI adoption and the use of automation to improve finance processes.
