Mass General Brigham Community Physicians is seeking a Financial Analyst II to support financial decision-making through data analysis, reporting, and forecasting. You will provide vital analytical support to senior management, ensuring data integrity and compliance within our dynamic healthcare environment.
What You'll Do
- Support the onboarding of junior analysts by providing mentorship and assistance.
- Track key performance indicators, prepare financial reports, and occasionally present findings.
- Create ad-hoc reports and perform detailed financial analysis.
- Assist project teams with financial guidance.
- Review financial reporting and ensure data integrity to enable management decisions.
- Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and regulations.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study is required (experience cannot substitute for the degree).
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Nice to Have
- 3-5 years of experience in a role within a large healthcare organization.

Benefits & Compensation
- Annual salary range: $63,648.00 - $90,750.40.
