National General Holdings Corp., a member of the Allstate family of companies, is hiring two Claims Service Representatives to join our Express Claim Center. You will be the first point of contact for customers, obtaining initial loss reports and handling inquiries for non-complex auto and property claims.
What You'll Do
- Handle all First Notice of Loss (FNOL) calls for both Auto and Property customers
- Manage inquiry calls for Auto and Property customers, making decisions on claims
- Provide an exceptional customer experience based on established service and quality standards
- Respond to customers with empathy, care, and concern
- Secure and accurately document all details concerning a loss
- Explain the claim process and next steps clearly
- Set up Methods of Inspection and/or Emergency Services where required
What We're Looking For
- 1 year of customer service experience
- 1 year of auto or property claim adjusting experience
- Proven skill in providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high volumes while completing tasks efficiently
Nice to Have
- Strong competency in oral and written communication
- Multilingual ability is preferable
